Terms of use

🎨The service

scribili is a free web drawing app available at scribi.li, published by Erwann Robin(contact@scribi.li). It is provided as is, with no guarantee of permanent availability. We do our best to make it work well, but cannot guarantee it is bug-free or that drawings stored on your device will be kept: remember to save the images or videos you care about.

🧒Use by children

The app is designed for children, under the responsibility of an adult. Sharing, comments and payments should be used by an adult or with their consent.

🔗Drawings, sharing and comments

• Drawings belong to the people who made them. By sharing a drawing by link, you only allow us to host it and show it to people who have the link, including in its share preview.
• You are responsible for what you share and write. Illegal, hateful, violent or sexual content, other people’s personal information and spam are prohibited.
• We may remove any shared drawing or comment that breaks these rules without notice. To report content, write to contact@scribi.li.

💝Contributions and sponsorships

Contributions and drawing sponsorships are voluntary one-time payments that support the development of scribili. They are received by the app’s publisher, unlock no extra features, are not a donation to a charity and are not tax-deductible. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If something went wrong, contact us: we will gladly refund you.

Their only effect: a sponsored drawing, and the links shared from the device used to pay, are never removed for inactivity.

Printing on objects is not available yet: the survey only measures interest; nothing is ordered or charged.

✍️Intellectual property

The name, logo, code and coloring pages of scribili belong to its publisher. Emojis are displayed by your device’s system and remain the property of their creators.

⚖️Changes and governing law
